I have almost completed my apprenticeship. The qualifications I hold have become slightly outdated but my apprenticeship has enabled me to feel confident to compete and complete my job with new up-to-date skills, along with everybody else. Looking for work makes you aware of the gaps in your qualifications - I had experience by the bucket load but not a lot of up-to-date qualifications to show a prospective employer. Over the years I've been made redundant from call centres and other jobs, but then joined the NHS through a temporary role. Doing my level 3, I have been fortunate to have the backing of my Learning and Development Department and my assessor, who supported and helped me to get this qualification. An apprenticeship is a very rewarding experience, regardless of age. I always thought apprenticeships were for 17 - 21 year olds but, as a more 'mature woman' did not feel disadvantaged at all. In fact it's probably been an advantage.

Bunny is an asset to Anne Clarke Associates, a very good role model for others. Wow clever man!. The training was well presented and very enjoyable. The day was well planned out and easy to follow. ESOL Courses - These courses are design to help Non-English speakers learn Basic Work Instruction, Health and Safety, and Accident Reporting within the workplace. The course consists of 15 hours contact time over a 5 week period. It is recommended by the Health and Safety Executive that all staff within the workplace have Health and Safety Knowledge.
