General Manager
Rebecca started work for Anne Clarke Associates in August 2004 and is proud to be the longest serving member of staff. As General Manager Rebecca is responsible for the planning, implementation and delivery of all private and funded training and also takes responsibility for the management of the Care department. Prior to her employment with Anne Clarke associates, Rebecca spent many years working in legal administration, namely with the Police Force and the Probation Service.
Richard Clarke

Finance Director
Richard started work with Anne Clarke Associates in September 2004 and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Finance within the business. In addition Richard is also in charge of all areas of data management. Richard is an IT specialist and has many years experience delivering IT courses within various FE environments.
Debbie Kidd

Marketing Manager
Debbie joined Anne Clarke Associates Ltd as a Hospitality and Management assessor in September 2007 and was appointed to Marketing Manager in October 2008 managing the marketing department and a team of training advisors. Prior to joining Anne Clarke Associates Ltd she was a recruitment and training officer for a group of branded restaurants and bars, this role followed a successful career in hospitality management.

Joe Crossley

Contracts Manager
Joe joined Anne Clarke Associates in August 2007 and was originally employed as an Assessor working within the Management, Retail and warehousing sector. Joe took up the role of Contracts Manager in September 2009 and is responsible for over seeing all areas of contract delivery and performance. Prior to his employment with Anne Clarke Associates, Joe spent 12 years working in Retail Management specialising in staff training and development.
Bianca Lock

Administration Team Leader
Bianca joined Anne Clarke Associates Ltd in January 2007. She joined the company as an administration assistant and was appointed to Administrative Team Leader in July 2008. She is responsible for managing all the companies administration departments. She also provides support to the vocational managers. Prior to her employment with Anne Clarke Associates she had a successful 2 years in Retail Management.
Nicola Towler

Vocational Manager
Nicola has 20 years experience of working in the Care Sector, starting as a care assistant progressing onto management roles. During this time Nicola was involved with assessing staff for their NVQ qualification. Nicola joined Anne Clarke Associates in January 2007 as a Health & Social Care NVWQ Assessor and then became Care Vocational Co-ordinator in 2009. Nicola then became the Care Vocational Manager in 2011.
Mick Wonnacott

Education And Training Manager
Mick joined the team in November 2010 and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Private and Commercial Education and Training. Holding Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS) status he is an enthusiastic devotee of the principles of Lifelong Learning. With a wide range of vocational and academic qualifications, gained during a career in Training and Management within Engineering. He is committed to ensuring that Anne Clarke Associates provide an excellent and worthwhile learning experience.
