- Jobcentre PlusJobcentre Plus is a government-funded employment agency and social security office that can be found in most cities, whose aim it is to help people of working age find employment in the UK. It was formed when the Employment Service merged with the Benefits Agency and was renamed Jobcentre Plus in 2002. It is a part of the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
- Next StepNext Step is the new adult careers service. It provides access to the best information, advice and resources, to help you make more effective skills, careers, work and life choices. Next Step replaces the existing services from nextstep, the Careers Advice Service and Skills Accounts. It's available to ALL adults in England, aged 19 or over, whatever their prior skills, qualifications or employment status.

- The Skills Funding AgencyThe Skills Funding Agency has a single goal: To improve the skills of England's young people and adults to ensure we have a workforce of world-class standard. The site is packed full of news and information on how the SFA intend to improve learning standards, enabling England to be better skilled and more commercially competitive.
